About ME
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of practice. I received my BA in Anthropology / Sociology from Gettysburg College, PA and my Masters degree in Social Work from University Southern California with a concentration in mental health.
I have experience working with individuals, groups, children and families in diverse communities in an array of settings. I have wide range of experience and training that I draw upon to support my clients. I am particularly seasoned in providing trauma focused therapy for survivors of trauma, particularly those impacted by sexual assault and those facing fertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges.
In addition to my practice, from 2011-2022 I provided crisis intervention and advocacy for those receiving medical and forensic care in the immediate aftermath of a sexual assault, along with individual and group psychotherapy and clinical supervision at UCLA’s Rape Treatment Center.
I have participated in speaking engagements on topics including the clinical treatment of sexual assault and trauma focused group psychotherapy to audiences including graduate students and mental health professionals.
Today my practice primarily focuses on working with survivors of trauma, folks with relationship challenges, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, anxiety, and burnout.
